About these terms

These terms apply to your use of brightcorebuildingservices.com and the BrightCore client portal. By using the website you agree to them. Cleaning and other services are governed by the service agreement, quote and statement of work you sign with BrightCore Building Services; if those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control.

Website information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but service descriptions are general. Your actual scope, schedule and price are set in your signed quote and statement of work.

Online estimates are preliminary. A final price is confirmed after a walkthrough or review of your photos and details.

Client portal accounts

• Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Company account owners are responsible for the managers and users they invite and the properties they can access.
• Documents you sign electronically in the portal are legally binding, the same as signing on paper.

Service policies

• Cleaning checklists are electronic; we provide a printed copy on request.
• Before-and-after photos are optional. Clients who opt in see photos after our team reviews them.
• We clean windows that can be safely reached from the ground or with standard ladders. We don't provide high-rise window cleaning. Residential window cleaning is interior-only; exterior residential windows can be coordinated through another vendor.
• Vendor coordination: Third-party work is performed under the selected vendor's own qualifications, pricing, scheduling, insurance, warranties and service agreement, unless BrightCore expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or portal: no attempts to break security, scrape data, upload harmful files, or submit false or abusive requests.

Intellectual property

The BrightCore name, logo, photos and website content belong to BrightCore or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, BrightCore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for services is addressed in your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
