Construction dust settles everywhere. We clean in three phases, rough, final and touch-up, so each trade hands off a clean space and the finished project is ready for move-in or inspection.

What is included in post-construction cleaning?

We clean in three phases (rough, final and touch-up): removing construction dust and debris and cleaning surfaces, fixtures, interior windows, cabinets and floors so the space is ready for use. Bulk debris hauling isn't included.

Scheduling is flexible, including after-hours and weekend service, so cleaning happens when it works best for your business.
