BrightCore Building Services (“BrightCore,” “we,” “us”) is a commercial cleaning company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through brightcorebuildingservices.com and our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact and quote forms. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, service location, property type, size and spaces, cleaning frequency, preferred dates and times, photos you upload, and your message.

Client portal and accounts. To provide the portal we keep account and login details along with service information such as properties, quotes, schedules, invoices, messages, vendor requests, and contracts or statements of work.

Electronic signatures. When you sign a quote, contract or statement of work, we keep your typed name, signature image, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of the signed document so the record can be verified later.

Service photos. Our crews may take before-and-after photos for quality control. Clients see photos only if they opt in, after our team reviews them. We use photos in our advertising only with the client's permission.

Payments. Online payments are processed through QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Card and bank details go directly to the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers collect some information automatically:

• Cookies used for portal logins and sessions.
• Analytics through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location.
• Security and bot-protection signals (Cloudflare Turnstile) and logs that record IP addresses to protect the website from abuse.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and prepare quotes
• Schedule walk-throughs and provide cleaning services
• Coordinate third-party vendors you ask us to find
• Manage client accounts, documents, invoices, payments and records

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit): invoicing, accounting and payments

• Third-party vendors you ask us to coordinate, with the details needed for your request

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; if you do, some features such as logging in may not work. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to requests, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Signed documents are kept for the life of the agreement and as long as required afterward. When we no longer need information, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, password-protected accounts and security monitoring. No website or online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Access, correction or deletion. Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@brightcorebuildingservices.com. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Photos. You can opt in or out of before-and-after photos in your portal settings at any time.
• Marketing. If we send marketing emails, you can opt out at any time. We may still send service-related messages such as invoices and scheduling notices.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website links to other sites, including our Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
