BrightCore Building Services is a locally operated commercial cleaning and janitorial companyin Charlotte, NC, committed to dependable service, clear communication and consistent results for businesses, property managers and rental operators, from offices andretail stores to short-term rentals.
Every building is different, so every plan is too. We start with a walkthrough to understand your space, traffic and expectations, then build an electronic checklist and schedule around your hours and budget.
When you need something outside our scope, from HVAC to pressure washing, wefind and coordinate the right vendor so you have one point of contact for the building, anywhere in our Charlotte-area service region.
